This machine is a lean machine vacuum massager that you can use at home, it is a body contouring system which claims to reduce the appearance of cellulite, assists in smoothing and toning the skin in legs, buttocks, abs area. now it does say you have to use it in conjunction of a healthy diet and exercise, which leads me to the question - who doesn't get toned up when you diet and exercise?

Basically, this is like a little vacuum cleaner that rolls onto your skin with conjunction of slimming products, and it creates a suction while it moves on your skin. so imagine you have a vacuum cleaner voom voom voom going on your skin.
There are two things you can adjust, the pulsation frequency and the suction strength. When i first used it i turned it on full strength as I didn't know what I was doing.. bad idea! The suction is surprisingly strong! I do recommend that you start off maybe with level 2 of the pulsation frequency and get used to it first.
The back of the machine has a suction release button which stops the machine whenever you need, which is quite a smart tip to have. I do think that this machine is quite clever in the sense that it does do it's job when you're really bloated. I think it will do a great job when you have worn high heels for the whole days and needs the water retention to go away. However, I don't think it will necessarily make you slim, diet and exercise girls!
TOP Tips : do remember you are pulling the machine upward as you go, that is the tip for cellulite and fat to stop dropping downwards! Also do use the suction that you're comfortable with, too much suction might have bad effects like bruising or breaking of small veins just like when someone pinches you too hard.

I give this a 3/5 in the slimming (decrease bloating) machine category, but a 4.5/5 as a massager! Good job Bliss!
